When booking a massage please be advised that there is a cancellation policy. Please give 24 hours notice for all canceling and rescheduling of appointments. If less then 24 hours is given you will be charged the full rate of the appointment unless I can fill the appointment.  If a no call/no show happens, a full charge of the appointment session will be billed. I know life happens and things change last minute but my time is important as well. It is also not advised to get massages when you are sick. Please contact me as soon as possible before your scheduled Massage appointment to reschedule. I do not want to CATCH what you have and pass on to others and there is a good chance that the sypmtoms you are expierencing will only be increased with the massage. 

I also have a lateness policy. There is a 15 minute window for lateness. Anything more will come off your massage time.
