Welcome to my Website! Thank you for taking the time to visit my site. I am a New York State licensed Massage Therapist who offers Therapeutic Massage as well as other modalities like Aromatherapy to help reduce stress and help address injuries. Massage therapy is simply a maintenance for our bodies. It helps reduce adhesions and built up stress so we can continue to keep on moving.

I am trained in a variety of modalities, and you can click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the various techniques I use in my work.

We ask that if you are not feeling 100% to cancel and reschedule your massage. That goes for things like a stuffy nose, headaches, stomach aches, diarrhea, fever, chills, loss of smell and it taste. I ask that you try to give me as much notice as possible. This also applies to myself. If I am not feeling well for any reason I will let you know and will reschedule your massage.
